Copywriter for Internet Applications (Brussels)

Next Generation Digital Channels Program is introducing new functions to the Bank's internet and mobile banking channels.
More specifically to convert current help text on our PC Banking application to more user friendly FAQs.

Function Description
- Review wireframes/prototypes created by the Business Analysts to come up with labels, error messages, FAQs and commercial texts that can easily be understood

by the customers which are in line with the bank's tone of voice.
- Get the copy validated by the relevant departments.
- The copy to be produced will be in English and Dutch or French.
- Input the final copy in the wireframe production tool Axure.

Typical deliverables:
- Labels
- Error messages
- FAQs
- Commercial text (e.g. advantages of a product, description of a process)
