Copywriter

PURPOSE:

Review, create and develop customer cross-channel communications from a customer's perspective, in particular 'in-life' communications, to ensure brand consistency and quality across all touch points.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:.

- Working with key stakeholder briefs and Marketing Managers to develop creative ideas and concepts, ensuring that the brand is incorporated into all communications, across all media channels and target audience
- Creating clear, persuasive, original copy, proofreading copy to check spelling and grammar, amending, revising or redeveloping adverts or campaigns in response to VOC and stakeholder feedback
- Working on several campaigns at once to tight deadlines, while managing stakeholder expectations
- Working closely with the company Graphic Designer, producing innovative marketing
- Working closely with external agencies
- Act as customer communications champion and brand/tone of voice guardian to develop and review all new and revised customer communications through all channels.
- Work with key stakeholders on business projects, to ensure that the customer is at the heart of all decision making, ensuring that any new or existing communications are positively impacted.
- Accountable to the Customer Engagement Manager who will manage priorities, workload and is responsible for sign off and approval of copy created.

KNOWLEDGE:

- Experience of creating copy for Financial Services regulated companies and an understanding of compliance requirements
- Understanding of copywriting for digital channels including SEO.
- Min 2+ years copywriter experience
