COPY DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
Do you have Data Management process knowledge/experience ? Have you worked within the consumer packaged good industry ? Do you have experience within a mutinational and muticultural environment and looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Copy Data Management Specialist to join one of their clients, a multinational FMCG company, based in Geneva.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Single Point of Contact between the Category-Artwork Copy Expert and Copy Data Management Back Office to enable set up of a brands hierarchy copy data for first-time Real Time Artwork brand activation project.
- Coaches/guides Category Artwork Copy Expert to enable effective development of the brand Copy Hierarchy Proposal and successful navigation through the multifunctional team feedback process on the hierarchy
- Provides oversight and support for Category-Artwork Copy Expert during the first project to ensure successful execution in setting up the first POA
- Document specific RBU use cases in the Copy tool during activation that requires help from the Copy Business Process Experts
- Participates to the Business Acceptance Testing (validates Copy Tool functionalities)
TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S NECESSARY THAT YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
- Able to demonstrate both strong leadership and collaboration skills, working effectively with various disciplines and management levels
- Strong project and time management skills, experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a high level of attention to detail. Clearly communicates status and help needed
- Effectively manage decision-making and decision-making escalation appropriately
- Strong business communication skills - verbal and written. Ability to capture and present information simply and concisely. Able to coach others effectively
- Ability to analyze and assess current state, proactively identify issues and opportunities, and recommend solutions, efficiencies, and systemic improvements
- Excellent English Speaking Skills, Fluent in French and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Data Management process knowledge/experience
