As coordinator of Business Intelligence:

Become an intermediary between user organization, information managers, functional management, researchers, BI experts to connect the business information needs and information solutions;
Provide a proportionate task allocation within the team taking into account experience and competencies, and provide support in prioritizing work;
Do you come up with suggestions for a more efficient process;
Plan on the professionalization and positioning of the Business Intelligence field within Social Cluster;
Send you technical upgrade (Business Objects and Datawarehouse) functional management;
Report to the Manager Process and Information Manager twice a week within the IV organization.
The Business Intelligence team mainly develops reports to support the Work, Income, Participation, Education, Compulsory Education, Youth and Care policies. Within the team there is a division of the capacity between the combination of the Education, Youth and Care, Work, Participation and Income domains.
The team realizes information products for the various domains within the management information system of the social cluster. This management information system consists of a number of data warehouses. The datawarehouse environments within the cluster are arranged according to the requirements per domain. All data warehouses are realized within an Oracle Back End. For the Front End, SAP Business Objects is deployed. For the ETL layer, a combination of Oracle Warehouse Builder, Oracle SQL & PL/SQL is used.
Due to the major changes within the organization, temporary reinforcement is required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum HBO diploma
Has worked for the past 8 years in the role of data analyst, BI expert and/or BI project manager.
Has gained a minimum of 2 years experience in the day-to-day management of teams in the past 8 years.
Knowledge and experience in driving and coaching specialists
Knowledge and experience with a Business Intelligence and data warehouse environment
Work experience gained within a large (semi-) government organization
Knowledge and experience as an advisor on the cutting edge of organization, process and information
Work experience gained in at least one of the fields Education, Youth, Care, Work, Participation and/or Income
Gained knowledge and experience as project leader
In possession of a certificate PRINCE2
Gained knowledge and experience with the use and/or implementation of the BI suite SAP Business Objects
