1x Coordinator is urgently needed on contract basis for our client, a prestigious international Telecommunications company. Location is France (Lyon). Fluent English and French language along with similar working experience are a prerequisite for any application.

Scope of work:

Coordination of E2E delivery
-

Follow-up pre-requisites and deliverables delivery on time
-

Management of subcontractors
-

Coordination of internal technical resources
-

Follow-up delivery of the equipments on time with the supply chain and logistic
-

Panning with customer

Responsibilities include but, not limited to:

-

Delivery on time of swaps
-

Good relationship with customer
-

Pilot the subcontractor
-

Prepare Back Office operation: PR/PO for sub contractors on time,
-

Material request preparation, Acceptances on time
-

Build forecast planning and respect the planning
-

Escalate to project Manager/Project director when needed
