COO Mortgages

Interim COO - South West & Scotland
£1000 per day - April start, 4- 6 month duration

Working with a leading supplier of mortgage systems and support for leading international banks and building societies we are currently seeking an Operations Director/COO to support the business through the substantive recruitment of the position.

This is a client focused Operations Director who can work with clients and internal stakeholders to agree and support effective SLAs in the provision of mortgage advice.

The role includes:
. Setting the strategic direction, management controls and SLAs that allow for measurement of service and relative success against targets.
. Advising and working with the board, including the compliance executive to build a stable, complaint and efficient distribution model.
. Development of broader service offerings to reflect market trends, customer and sector requirements, and industry legislation

You will need experience at director level and a strong understanding of the UK mortgage, advisory market including strong knowledge of products, process, systems and regulation

Operations experience of delivering against SLAs within Financial Services, with a view to maximising productivity.

Stakeholder management, both internal and external from board and executive to operational level.
