This is a 12-month contract opportunity.
Overview
Our Client requires several Controls Analysts to work under the SAP Controls Team.
The Controls Analyst will support the ERP Security and Controls team in achieving and maintaining compliance to Access Management processes. This work will include, but not limited to day-to-day management of SAP role mapping activities, creation and support of organizational templates, development and maintenance of position templates, participation in security projects, and interaction with governance groups, business leaders and security teams to actuate templates/role mapping and ensure compliance.
Role and Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the user to SAP role mapping process to ensure that user requests for SAP roles and privileges do not introduce security risks or segregation of duties conflicts
- Actively participate in SAP security initiatives and changes. Manage or participate in multiple security enhancement projects
- Acquire and maintain knowledge on governance, segregation of duties, security and controls as it relates to template/role mapping and system access
- Acquire and maintain competency with GRC, CRM and other tools associated with template/role development and maintenance
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain relationships with business leaders, technical support teams and pertinent stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge on SAP business processes and security standards.
Qualifications
Required Skills
- Over 2 years of SAP security or related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- Possession of interpersonal skills in establishing and maintaining business relationships
- Possession of organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Desired Skills:
- Possession of security related certifications such as CISSP, CISA or CISM is a plus
- Possession of project management skills is a plus
- Exposure to and understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, audit and security concepts is a plus.
