Controlling Specialist

For one of our clients we are looking for a Controlling Specialist

Main Task:
A Country Controller Specialist provides Balance Sheet support to management by advising the Finance organization and ensuring the integrity of the country's balance sheet in accordance with relevant accounting standards

Task Description:
• Preparing and/or analizing komplex account reconciliations,
• Researching and evaluating specific accounting transactions,
• Responsibility for performing multiple functional tasks in day-to-day controllership operations,
• Coordinating with service providers,
• Maintaining knowledge resources for other finance groups (e.g., accounting transactions / processes),Performing monthly review of financial results with finance teams,
• Analyzing and preparing complex journal entries/adjusting entries,
• Performing compliance reviews of various internal controls and procedures,
• Supervising and developing Country Controller Analysts.

Required Skills:
• Three plus years financial/management accounting experience,
• Degree (or equivalent) in Finance or Accounting,
• Maintain a solid base of knowledge/skills in accounting, financial, GAAP and/or internal controls,
• Strong knowledge of all major accounting principles,
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.
