Controlling / Accounting Manager (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Review expenses for US/CH GAAP, identifying key risks areas and support review processes to ensure financials are accurate
-Ensure timely and accurate local Swiss audit and financial statement issuance.
-Preparation of monthly Balance Sheet Reporting package and prepare/approve related GL Reconciliations
-Prepare and analyse local Management Reporting schedules, as required
-Manage quarter end and year end external audit (US GAAP and Local GAAP)
-Ensure foreign currency transactions are properly recorded
-Responsible for key internal controls related to O2C, C2C, A2R and includes designing, documenting, and maintaining internal controls for local compliance (“ICS”)
-Prepare memos/whitepapers on accounting issues as required
-Lead special projects as assigned

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Fluency in English is essential, French is beneficial
-Professional finance qualification
-ERP experience – specifically Oracle, HFM and related applications
-Experience of Sarbanes Oxley preferred
-Knowledge of US GAAP preferred and in particular the revenue literature around ASC 985-605 (formerly SOP 97-2)
-Ability to understand business issues and translate into solutions
-Passion for data integrity, process definition and organizational alignment
-The ability to maintain a great relationship with the other Finance teams and business leaders
