CONTROLLER - FINANCIAL REPORTING (SAP AND VBA)

Controller - Financial Reporting (SAP and VBA) is urgently required to join the project team in Brussels for one of our largest banking clients.

Controller - Financial Reporting (SAP and VBA) will follow up of the SAP-BAC interface (Non-HR scope)/Reconciliation between the operating system and the accounting system. Analyse errors and propose possible accounting corrections. Execution follow up & optimization of the VAT pro rata review exercise.

Controller - Financial Reporting (SAP and VBA) will Analyse, describe, execute & optimize current reports. Maintain the Reebok access database + assist in new developments in Reebok or other applications.

Responsibilities:
* Identifying problems and making suggestions for improvement.
* Propose and implement optimizations in current processes, reports, & controls
* Participating in projects linked to questions relating to the department
* Participating in the update of administrative/operational procedures and internal control processes and measures used within the Accounting/Reporting/Control business. Implementing the required improvements in terms of content and organisation

Requirements:

* Cost accounting
* Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint & Word)
* familiarity with financial reporting systems
* Capacity to use databases (treat large volumes of data)
* At least 3 years knowledge in Audit, Finance, control and reporting in a complex environment - junior level
* Experience in a financial planning and modelling (cost accounting, Order to Pay)
* Knowledge of fiscal rules about invoicing within Belgium
* English Fluent, French Fluent and Dutch Fluent
