Controller

I am searching for a Controller to join my pharmaceutical client's team based in Solothurn. This is a contract position for the next 12 months.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepares monthly financial reports and related analyses
- Participates in the business plan and forecast preparations
- Ensures compliance with the worldwide procedures and SOX requirements
- Provides ad-hoc analyses and presentations for the management
- Project support
- Supporting Plant Controller

PROFILE:

- At least 1-3 years' experience in production controlling area
- Good knowledge of English and German
- Knowledge of SAP and advanced MS Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills and proven skills in communication, problem-solving and prioritization are a pre-requisite to successfully meeting the challenges of this position
- Hands-on, self-driven

NON-TECHNICAL PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:

- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
- Language proficiencies: - English and German spoken and written.
- Must be a financial analyst as education and background
