One of the UK's biggest suppliers of Software and Control Systems solutions is looking to recruit a Control Systems Engineer to work with several prestigious automotive companies in the West Midlands.

You will join the existing on-site team to program and commission PLC and SCADA systems to modify and improve existing production and assembly lines for the automotive end clients. You will also utilise your software analysis and programming skills to help deliver several new projects, mainly special purpose and rotating machinery.

You must be able to demonstrate a strong Electrical Engineering background, with a good level of PLC and SCADA knowledge. The software used is primarily Siemens S7 and AB Rockwell; therefore a high level of proficiency in these areas is essential. From a SCADA perspective you will be involved with various systems and platforms, therefore you will be considered as long as you can demonstrate a good basic knowledge in this field. Due to the nature of the main projects you will be assigned to, any automotive industry experience is also highly desirable.
