CONTROL ROOM/PROBLEM RESOLUTION COORDINATOR

Act and take responsibility as the single point of contact for DNK and the respective agency (police, health, fire, new customers) and towards completion of dedicated control room rollout and all agency related matters.

Follow up open issues after the test of a Nødnett control room and prepare the Control room for GoLive

Responsibilities:

- Collect all requests from DNK and/or the end customer needed by Nødnett to see that completion phase is in line with requirements.
- Instruct/liaise/manage the Project Organisation of the Agency to ensure that the completion phase activities are met according to the Master as well as project specific plan.
- Assist in the Master plan's updating by creating and follow up the detailed agency rollout plan
- Ensure that the rollout targets are clear to the Agencies Organisation and MSI project organisation.
- Ensure that all project targets are met.
- Preparing, planning and monitoring the project or subproject according to contractual scope and commitment against project budget
- Routine communications with Rollout team in implementation progress and forecasts.
- Follow up and escalation of action points based on customer meetings.
- Collect all open issues after a test of a control room and define respective solutions, follow up and close open issues.

Experiences:

- Demonstrable relevant experience
- Operational experience in either IT or Telco Operator environments
- Experience of managing technical teams across multiple geographies is preferred
- Background in Mobile Solutions, preferable TETRA
- Experience of customer specific solution architecture
- Experience of integration services
