CONTROL AND GOVERNANCE BUSINESS ANALYST - MANCHESTER

This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Bank in Manchester as a Control and Governance Business Analyst.

- The role will be working primarily on the Controls workstream and therefore the role holder needs to also have experience of working with Risk and Regulatory frameworks and have worked in a risk related environment. Secured/Mortgage arrears experience is a essential.
- Planning and delivery of specific programme workstreams
- High level and detailed business requirements
- Working with technology to create and define solutions
- Apply analytical skills to solutions delivery/build and technical documentation
- Facilitate the definition of solution acceptance criteria and conduct UAT
- Working with multiple Business Units across a diverse stakeholder group, up to Senior Executive level, with different demands and communication needs
- Able to produce/document project deliverables at all phases from initiation through to closure
- Understand and ensure visibility of all performance metrics affecting UKSL operations.

KEY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

ESSENTIAL

- Extensive control and governance experience
- Experience and knowledge of collections and recoveries
- At least 5 years of Business analyst experience
- Must have at least 5 years banking experience
