WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Works closely with field Sales Representatives and Consulting Services delivery teams to negotiate and draft customer contracts, specifically, software license agreements, professional services agreements, teaming and non-disclosure agreements and proposal responses as needed.
- Oversees preparation of correspondence to customers for return of contracts and development of customers' files. Prepares contract close out documentation as necessary.
- Serves as resource for field sales personnel on legal and Company policy issues related to contract and Software License issues.
- Recommends changes to standard agreements/addenda.
- Review and provide contract language to mitigate company risk specifically with regard to selling Software and Services to the Federal government.
- Ensures that all documents conform to Company policies.
- May author new standard agreements/addenda.
- May perform special projects.
- May support commercial and quasi-federal customers.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Must be capable of working independently while managing competing priorities.
- The ability to communicate in writing, as well as verbally is imperative; writing samples will be required of candidates selected to interview.
- Must have at least five (5) years experience with Federal government customers and contracts.
- A four degree in an applicable discipline is required; an advanced degree may be preferred.
