Contracts Specialist Job

CONTRACTS SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in East Hanover, NJ.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Independently negotiates and finalizes confidentiality/non-disclosure agreements, consultancy agreements, clinical trial agreements (CTAs), and task orders.
- Works closely with Director of Contracts to aid with HEOR Task Orders, General Services Agreements, amendments, site agreements and vendors agreements in the Oncology US Medical Affairs and Clinical Development Department.
- In collaboration with the Contracts Advisors and Ass Directors, aids contracts management concepts, techniques and standards.
- Can Independently work on Consultancy Agreements, Confidentiality Agreements, GSAs, CTAs, contract amendments and task orders
- Collaborates cross functionally with Legal, Patents, Regulatory, compliance and Insurance to negotiate contract wording changes.
- Maintains proactive Business Planning and Support (BP&A) to ensure that all financial requirements are satisfied.
- Liaison between medical service groups (vendors, SMO, CRO), Legal and Clinical Trial Teams for outsourced trials.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Degree in business administration, finance, science or related field or equivalent on the job experience may be considered.
- High degree of organizational, analytical, and team management skills.
- Computer literacy with document and spreadsheet applications.
- Ability to efficiently and effectively work on complex, multi-faceted projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills and vast knowledge of medical vendor and clinical trial agreements.
- Two - three (2-3) years of experience in pharmaceutical services with four to six years contract management and/or medical start-up activities including vendor and site contract negotiations and management.
- Experience with request for proposals (RFP/SQA), VCoE (Vendor Center of Excellence), P&SP 16, POP (Procurement Policy) for medical services including bidding process and scope of work (SOW).
