CONTRACTS MANAGER/RISK MANAGEMENT

Duration - 12 Months

Hourly pay rate: $47.00/hr

Designs, plans, and coordinates work teams. Provides technical support to project team members. Handles complex application features and technical designs. Designs and implements the components required for complex application features. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area with at least 7 years of experience in the field. Generally manages a group of applications systems analysts. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Typically reports to a senior manager.

The person they are looking for will be responsible for supporting the ITO phase of the process from customer inquiry to signed contract. Candidate's contract admin skills will take precedence over their risk experience but they would prefer to see candidates that have both.

Contract Admin duties:

Review T&C's and discuss with customers then work with the Sales team to close

Risk duties:

Support GE's internal risk process by auditing to make sure the proposal team is following procedures.

NOTE: This person will not be responsible for creating procedures or doing any type of risk modelling.

Skills needed:

PM skill set

Contract experience with liability and negotiations

Ability to work with different groups such as their factory in Italy.

Able to use web-based tools such as SalesForce.com

Knowledge of MS Excel

Overall computer savvy
