Contracts Monitoring Officer - Government - East London

Contracts Monitoring Officer/Assistant is required by a local government, public sector organisation based in East London

You will offer a good knowledge of the following:

Contract management arrangement, including SLAs and OLAs

Proven statistical analysis skills

Knowledge of contract management best practice

It is essential that you have the ability to analyse and interpret complex statistical and financial information including contract performance details.

Qualifications required:

ITIL foundation or Practitioner and Prince 2 Foundation or Practitioner

You will be required to organise, support and participate in service and contract reviews with ICT service providers and suppliers

Be responsible got the monitoring and review of monthly SLA and OL reports

Develop and implement effective systems and monitoring

Participate in the tendering and award of ICT contracts
