Contracts Manager - Senior, Bank x2

Our large Financial Services client in London requires 2 Senior Contracts Manager to join a centralised unit that provides oversight, support and relationship management for the provision of services to divested financial entities. The role will be based in London for an initial 1 month contract although will be extended for a further 3 months.

If successful, you will be required to:
*Ensure that all stakeholders are appropriately engaged and agree to changes to contracts.
*Lead a small team of contract managers to manage contract changes for a number of material transitional outsource services
*Manage contractual change analysis, authoring and negotiation of contract changes proposed by client or provider
*Engage internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between contractual drafts and agreed service capability
*be the point of contact for service provision units on contractual matters
*Ensure delivery of agreed contractual events relating to contract development

The chosen candidate will come from a Contract Management background within Financial Services and will have:
*Experience of solving contract challenges across a complex organisation
*Experience of authoring contract clauses for IT and business services
*Practical experience of commercial financial management
*Able to convert uncertainty and ambiguity into a clarity and appropriate action
*Excellent organisation and time management
*Excellent oral, written and drafting skills
