Contracts Manager needed for an 8 week initial contract in Derby. Must offer strong experience of reviewing contractual/commercial terms and clauses. Working with a leading Engineering Consultancy business.

Start ideally by 12th October 2015 (or as close to this Start Date as possible).

Key skills, experience and day-to-day responsibilities to include the following:

. Experienced Contracts Manager needed to work closely with Project Managers and the Business Development Team.
. Reviewing/providing advice on contractual terms, clauses and T&Cs.
. Ensuring contractual terms comply with company processes and procedures.
. Providing general advice/support on procurement, tendering and supply chain matters.
. Ensuring processes and procedures are fit-for-purpose and meet the current business requirements for internal/external clients
. Proven background in commercial/contract management, procurement and supply chain.
. Experience of working for Engineering companies would be advantageous.
. MCIPS/CIPS qualification preferred.
. Experience of CRM tools preferred (Salesforce, or similar).
