Our client, a UK Government Health department is seeking a Contracts Manager on a contract basis to work at their site in Leeds.

This is a contract role £435 Ltd per day Ltd on a 4 month contract

Contract Manager-NHS-Contract-Leeds

The role of the Contracts Performance Manager will be to ensure that contractual and service obligations are being met, with resolutions planned for major issues. They will embed any changes to the contract following extension of the agreement, deal with any compliance or escalation issues and develop effective supplier relationships. For other contracts (Calder, Contingent Labour & Redfern) they will be responsible for handling supplier breaches, contract variations & contract negotiations in relation to these specific agreements. This role will also lead the discovery phase to evaluate contract management requirements within NHS England and develop a proposed contract management approach.

Key Tasks:
Contract Management to NHS England 5 central solution contracts including travel, fleet and transactional procurement. Key point of contact for resolution of service delivery and issues
