CONTRACTS MANAGER

We are currently looking for a contracts manager to work for a large blue chip organisation in Cardiff. In particular, this contracts manager will be responsible for dealing with all Finance system related contracts. (Sap and oracle) Contract manager responsibilities include:

- Manage overall performance and retain responsibility for the successful operational delivery of the outsource contract.
- Assist on major and formal reviews of the outsource provider service ensuring that best practice is adhered to and value for money and continuous improvement are maintained.
- Checking the relevance of Service Level Agreements and recommending changes where required;
- checking the adequacy of service levels and KPIs to ensure they remain challenging and relevant to the service environment;
- Ensure that the key performance measures remain relevant and to lead the process of adjusting these measures where they may need to change to keep in line with the service delivery environment.

CONTRACT SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- An understanding and experience of managing a relationship with an outsourced partner, or managing a shared service centre or holding a senior role within a shared service centre.
- An understanding of the design and operation of financial systems including SAP solution.
