Contracts Manager

Description
A strong Sourcing/Procurement professional required to put contracts in place for large scale delivery programmes, as well as attaining consents for existing supplier services to be utilised as part of a large banking transformation programme. 

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Good experience and expertise of procurement target operating models
- Strong experience and expertise in putting contracts in place
- Good experience and expertise in transactional procurement
- Good sourcing background

Key Experience Required:

* You should be an experienced sourcing professional
* Relevant category management experience in the Market Data supplier sector;
* Good communication skills, written and verbal and experience of senior stakeholder management;
* Experience working within large projects and to tight timelines;
* Experience in negotiating high value contracts in excess of £1 million;
* Very strong negotiation skills;
* Experience drafting commercial contracts for large organisations (financial services experience preferred) and co-ordinating with relevant compliance, risk, business and legal stakeholders.
