DESCRIPTION:

The Contract Production team is responsible for inputting in the system the benefit information received from employer groups. The contracts we place on the system are used by several downstream systems including pharmacy, claims and provide information for correct member and group mailings.
The team works in several systems and must verify that submitted information is accurate and available for employer groups in the service area or network. We work with Sales, Underwriting and Benefit Administration to accurately and timely enter contracts into the systems. We must update contract tracking databases and sales tracking systems

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Accurately key data into multiple systems
Balance accuracy of keying the correct information to ensure contracts are finalized and doing so the first time within timeliness guidelines
QA work of others on the team

Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

-Technically proficient with PC and web-based applications
-Ability to accurately key data

-Excellent attention to detail
