Key responsibilities and skills:
- Proven capacity to work effectively with executives and senior staff, to understand their concerns and to provide services that support organisational goals
- Experience in using the CULLEN EGAN & DELL (CED) METHODOLOGY
- Demonstrated understanding of the relationships between remuneration strategies and effective executive performance and sound knowledge of current remuneration issue and trends such as market analysis, tax legislation, superannuation legislation and salary packaging.
- Demonstrated high level skills and experience in job analysis, position description development and evaluation techniques.
- Demonstrated computer skills and experience in the use of word processing, spread sheet, database software and HR Information systems (CURRENTLY SAP).
- Sound experience in administering contracts and service agreements including oversight of performance, quality of written communications and service deliverables.
- Sound understanding of contract law, statutory requirements and ethical considerations.
- Tertiary qualifications
