Contracts Analyst (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will belong to the International Commercial Planning and Contracts (ICP&C) department
-You will provide background analyses on distributorship agreements and help extracting relevant information from such agreements
-You will analyse and leverage information from available internal tools and other sources to optimise contract drafting and negotiation
-You will monitor ad hoc projects the ICP&C team has to undertake
-You will be responsible for working through and reviewing documents and be responsible for analysing and comparing e.g. review contract provisions such as pricing, remuneration etc. and be able to summarise key findings (document review may include figures as well as text)
-You will not have direct budgetary or staff responsibilities
-You will provide status summaries of projects on a spreadsheet and share these reports on a regular basis

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You do not need to be a qualified lawyer or have a legal background, however, you should have gained some relevant post graduate industry experience in a corporate setting
-You put high attention to detail, are organised, disciplined and a capable multi-tasker
-You are thorough, methodical, proactive and forward thinking (aware of contracts due to expiry/ready for renewal)
-You ideally have a pharma background, however, experience in other industry sectors will also be considered
-You have project management skills, are confident at monitoring project progress and identifying bottlenecks
-You are comfortable with working across multiple projects at any time and should have an appreciation and understanding of the project status of each project
-You have experience in MS Office Suite and Share Point as a plus
