CONTRACTS ADVISOR needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Gaithersburg, MD.

- Clinical study agreements

What You'll Be Doing:
- Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and non-standard contracts.
- Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL, ability to use an industry-based PICAS tool to derive budgets, knowledge of clinical study contracting language and ability to negotiate language and budget with clinical study sites.
- Paralegal certificate highly recommended.
- The individual will have a knowledge in legal language pertaining to clinical study agreements and will be trained in the requirements of client template legal contractual language and "back-up" language.
- Must be able to negotiate both language and budgetary components of a clinical study agreement with major institutional and academic sites.
- Additionally, language review of Confidentiality Agreements and patient informed consents will be required.
- Experience with the "Grant Manager" program strongly desired, but not a strict requirement.
