Excellent Planning and Organisation skills, Excellent IT skills with extensive practical experience of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and Publisher). Good understanding of basic HR and Procurement processes with ideally experience of working within Government. The role will be Managing an internal database for hiring managers, resource allocation and recruitment tracking. Review of Group mailbox and allocation of e-mails. Providing guidance to Managers on HS forms, Training Forms and Exit procedure. Excellent communication skills required
