Contracts Administrator/Project Coordinator - Investment Management

Our client, a leading Investment Manager is looking for a Contract Administrator/Project coordinator to sit within their Procurement & Vendor Management department who can understand and implement contract administration procedures, understand technical terminology and development and perform contract administration tasks.

Responsibilities include - - Upload, maintain and update electronic records of vital contract documents and related information including contract name, description, dates, supplier name, supplier contact details and a brief description of the products and/or services provided under each contract.
- Continuously monitor contract expiry/anniversary dates and trigger all contract renewals well in advance, using the designated process workflow system. Support the process by way of ensuring that relevant contract including supporting documentation is attached to the workflow requests.
- Prepare enquiries/administrative correspondence to Vendors and/or internal Departments to support the processes of the Procurement & Vendor Management.
- Prepare and finalizes all orders to Vendors for procurement, termination and/or relocation of services. Ensures that orders are conducted within the boundaries of existing defined and approved processes.
- Follow-Up with Vendors and internal departments/teams on status of responding to requests made by the team/department, including but not limited to the return of countersigned original contract documentation.

Compulsory Experience - - One to two years Investment/Asset/Fund Management/Financial Services experience
- One to two years experience in an administrative support role and/or projects-related role
- Demonstrable experience in personnel management
- Familiarity with project management software, such as EPM a plus
- Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
- Experience in creating agendas, minutes, correspondence, documentation, and presentations
