CONTRACTS ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in HOUSTON, TX.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel with Knowledge of other MS programs a plus
- Ability to analyze and provide data through reports or Excel worksheets
- High level of data entry ability required with exceptional accuracy
- Communicate and interface effectively with external customers, internal management, sales and operations personnel through excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Process all customer information and contract packages from sales team while taking appropriate action to ensure compliance with the company policies, procedures and processes
- Monitor, maintain and/or prepare all customer special handling requirements or purchase order follow ups required outside of the ERP
- Manage customer data and contract pricing portfolio in the central ERP system
- Maintaining reliable and complete master database for the customer invoicing process
- Prepare price adjustments in ERP and prepare correspondence or notification (written or Otherwise) to customers as contractually required
- Research customer billing issues brought forth from the credit/collection team

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree and/or minimum of five years' experience in sales or administrative position
- Medical or industrial gas industry experience is a plus but not required
