Contractor Practice Manager

My major Retail Banking client based in London is currently seeking a Contractor Practice Manager/Office Manager to join their IT team.

Key Skills for Contractor Practice Manager/Office Manager:

*Advanced Excel working knowledge
*Experience of managing IT Contractors
*Strong Stakeholder communication skills.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Role involves:

* Managing Contractors - including reviews, light touch management, feedback, performance management and PeopleFluent expenses.
* Office Manager background - People management is key.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment, multi-tasking and sticking to tight deadlines.
*Ideally working knowledge of PeopleFluent.
