Pay Rate: £9.00 Per Hour
Contract duration: 5 Months

Virgin Media are one of the largest telecommunications companies in the UK and are committed to providing products and services of the very highest quality to their customers.
We are currently looking for a Contractor Payments Administrator to join the expanding team in the Virgin Media offices based in Bradford.

Your duties are as follows -

Ensure all Contractor Payment & Validation queries are investigated and processed through to resolution within agreed SLA's
Obtain and collate responses from the wider business to process approvals/rejections in relation to Contractor Payments
Identify and support improvements in Contractor Payments & Collections
Support the off-shore operational team in resolving any processing issues
Analyse data from masterfiles produced within the MI Reporting team
Develop positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers & stakeholders including Contract Partners, Commercial Finance, AS, and outsource partners
To deal with all escalated issues, minimising involvement of the Contractor Payments & Collections Specialist where possible
Develop and manage effective stakeholder relationships, in collaboration with the Contractor MI & Reporting team to provide accurate data
Effective & timely management of any Contract Partner payment queries & processing
Attention to detail - has a critical eye and can proactively spot errors/issues

Key Skills Required -

Previous experience working in a high volume transactional organisation
Previous experience of resolving customer queries
Technical knowledge and experience of accounts payable and payments systems as appropriate
Knowledge and good understanding of business process improvement methodologies
Must be able to use MS Excel (Advanced level desirable), MS Word and MS Outlook
Knowledge of Oracle Financials, Business Objects, query management systems
