This is an excellent opportunity to combine your experience in a client facing role with excellent organisation/administration skills and ability to multi-task. You will be the face of the company and the first point of contact once contractors have been engaged in a role. You will need to have excellent communication skills, smart appearance and a calm and friendly persona.
Daily Duties include:
-Meet and greet Contractors on first day of assignment
-Schedule telephone call with rest of Contractors for Post Placement Induction
-Passport Verification, Address Verification to be carried out
-Support Compliance team with any compliance requirements
-Be central point of contact for ALL contractors placed
-To provide follow up calls and emails to the Contractor
-Become a guru on timesheet queries, issues, and problem resolution
-Attend training when required
-Explain timesheet process, expense process and invoice process
-Carry out Contractor Clinic sessions to answer any FAQ's
-Ensure that the Contractors receive their Welcome Pack
-Ensure that the Contractors receive the Timesheet & Invoice Process and ensure they understand the process
-Ensuring contractors understand the Expenses process/policy and deadlines
-Maintain a birthday list and send out birthday cards for ALL contractors
