CONTRACT TUPE HR MANAGER - PUBLIC SERVICES - INITIAL 6 WEEKS CONTRACT WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF 3 YEARS, MARKET RATE - BIRMINGHAM

Our Client is an Outsource provider to a major Midlands Council. An increasingly wide range of services previously run by the Council are now being managed and delivered by this new commercial organisation. Many of its staff are ex Council and the challenge is to commercialize and monetise both its structure and ambition.

We are looking for a Contract TUPE HR Manager initially for a 6 week contract with high possibility of extension which could run up to 3 years.

We need a contract HR Manager with experience of the TUPE process together with experience of Performance Managing employees through change, in order to achieve a more commercially minded employee base.

We need someone who can evidence these skills and capabilities
Be aware of financial challenges within client at present I would like to keep the team and cost lean. The challenge is to define a new breed of manager who is customer focused, delivery orientated, financially/commercially astute and performance driven with the ability and aptitude to work across different parts or services of the business.

To date managers have progressed through the system and draw on their respective specialist technical specialists. Need to identify and test how far we can move away from these technical specialists in the future operating model as the business broadens out.
