Key Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of a number of concurrent development projects which can exists in commercial, programme or one-line space.

Working with key stakeholders you will ensure effective internal communication, develop and execute plans at a project level, manage risks, issues and changes, prepare documentation and co-ordinate multi-disciplinary internal and 3rd party teams to deliver projects in accordance with agreed deadlines, quality and budget targets.

Essential Requirements:

- Proven track record in managing systems development and implementation projects delivering scalable and resilient enterprise level applications
- Ability to manage concurrent projects delivered through a combination of onshore and offshore resource, each typically around 3-6 months duration.
- Experience of working with real-time transactional systems will be an advantage.
- Extensive knowledge of agile and waterfall project management. Formal approach to project documentation and business approval.
- Excellent skills in planning, monitoring, delegating, and problem solving, with evidence of these in action.
- Ability to actively manage full project lifecycle, from requirements through execution to testing and UAT.
- Ability to assess priorities, allocate support and manage escalated, urgent situations.
- Experience of an environment where deliverables cannot be missed, working to tight time scales.
- Experience of managing third party relationships in application delivery and implementation stages.
- A team player who can quickly establish a productive relationship with those around them.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the business.

Desirable Requirements:

- Experience of working with Scrum
- Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server
- Experience working with Oracle database solutions.
