Our client is a leading member of the UK Utilities sector who are seeking a highly organised individual to join their Contract Support Administrative function.

The successful candidate will support the National Contracts team in managing efficiently a range of contractual agreements for the supply of goods and services to Electricity Transmission Asset Management, which supports both its strategic and tactical priorities.

Ensuring that these goods and services are provided in line with the agreements and represent best value, hence, supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the Electricity Transmission Network.

Key skills/experience required:
*Strong Excel skills and experienced in the use of data and document management systems
*Experienced in the use of reporting outputs
*Strong communication skills, pro-active and require minimal supervision
*Commercial awareness - working closely with finance and global procurement
*Customer focused, be able to demonstrate the ability to work within tight deadlines and act on own initiative
*Produce, maintain, analyse and report upon monthly supplier KPI performance packs, quarterly MI packs and benchmarking data to drive overall National contracts performance improvement for Contract Managers and Stakeholders.
*Work with the team to assist with the implementation/deployment of new contracts
*Ensure the publication of relevant Contract Management communications material (internally & externally)
*Business Administration/Management education is desirable
