Allegis Global Solutions is looking to hire a Customer Support Administrator for a 6 month contract in Bracknell (Berkshire) UK.

The CSA for AGS will be responsible for delivering the CSA programme to one of our biggest global clients. Reporting into the Customer Support Supervisor they will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service to external customers as well as corporate and field office employees. Acting as a proficient expert in the following essential job specific areas, the CSA places an overall focus on data collection, data integrity and customer service while representing positive professionalism within all relationships

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining and managing a large volume of contractors throughout contract life cycle

Co-ordinates the administration function of the field office providing orientation and information to contractors. Involving the on-boarding of contractors and the issuing of contracts and extensions - adhering to the clients data protection policies. Performs diverse administrative and organisational functions supporting contractors, recruiters and recruitment relationship managers.

- Manages the capturing and input of contractor time and expenses, input of information in the payroll system (PeopleSoft), terminations and extensions of contracts and contractor payment expectations
- Understands and applies legislation effecting the business and contractors, visa requirements and restrictions

We are looking for someone with:

- Highly organised, attentive, and solution-oriented graduate, preferably with some customer service and/or administration experience
- Capable of working competently with diverse groups of people, data and processes accommodating an ever-changing environment
- Confidently interfaces with all levels of staff internally and externally
- Positively represents the organization in areas of high customer visibility with poise and decisiveness
- Continuous learner; seeks growth and self-improvement
- Personally accountable
- High level of accuracy
- Good computer skills
