You will be working for a well known company that design and manufactures wired telecommunications systems that are designed to be used in harsh environments. The purpose of this contract is to take the functional specification to design and ultimately through to delivery.
Position Overview Contract Software Engineer
Candidates must come from an electronics background and have experience in the following:
-.NET Windows PC platform software development.
-As this is a new product, we can accept candidates with either C# (VB).
-Embedded software development (CPU/MCU)
-Network architecture and network applications
-Designing code for Ethernet and RS485
-Developing for multi user languages
-Designing installer/ Deployment packs
-Understanding of ISO9001 experience of working within a Quality System
-Understanding of the implications of CE, UL, ATEX etc with respect to product development
