Contract SOAP UI Tester - Denmark

Job Title: Contract SOAP UI Tester
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Duration: 4 -6 months
Rate: Competitive with flights and accommodation provided.

Contract SOAP UI Tester is required to join a high profile project based in Copenhagen, Denmark for our IT Services client.

Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases based on system requirements
- Design test input data and their expected results
- Produce test reports and analysis of the results of testing
- Investigate test failures to understand their causes
- Automate tests and execute them in the development/test environment

Skills:
- Successful applicants must have strong test experience in systems integration and performance testing
- SOAP UI and QTP automated testing tools
- Working knowledge of HP Quality Center and SPT tools such as HP Performance Center/OATS
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of software quality assurance and test best practices and methodologies
- Direct hands-on experience of automated testing tools with the ability to create test scripts in associated tools
- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.
- Must have the ability to clearly explain to business teams and other stakeholders the nature of defects discovered, their overall potential impact on the system and the steps being taken to resolve such defects.
