Senior BizTalk Developer

The purpose of this role is to research, lead, design, implement and maintain high quality software systems to meet internal / external client expectations. This role will be part of the software development team which includes other software developers, business and systems analysts and solution architects.

Key Deliverables:

*Derive the design initiative for development team with solution architects and business analysts; help transform the design in to implementation with the help of developers.
*Mentor / Lead the other developers (onshore & offshore), help them with their technical queries, make sure that the implementation is in accordance with the defined development standards, and perform code review and other relevant activities in order to achieve high level of quality.
*Design and implement software systems and systems enhancements in accordance with supplied technical specifications, standards and industry best practices to project deadlines
*Provide appropriate documentation for program coding by following a standard coding pattern.
*Create test specification and test case which follows industry standards and testing practices.
*Keep updated with the latest versions of the application software development tools, techniques and practices. Research and develop new ideas in application development.
*Train the users on the new and existing systems and provide assistance in using the applications.
*Design and modify existing architect without breaking any other related systems.

Skills and Experience:

*Worked as a design authority previously on a BizTalk implementation project (ideally on MS Azure). You must have hands on experience on BizTalk/ WCF development using MS Azure (IaaS) and on-premises.
*Experience in developing EAI, BPM applications using BizTalk Server, and has practical knowledge of SOA, worked extensively with XML, XSL and XSD.
*Experience in developing WCF services using WCF service factory.
*Experience in Orchestrations, Maps, Pipeline Components, Service Factory, Message Contracts, Data Contracts, Service Implementation and data modelling
*Experience in BizTalk Admin Console
*Experience in Integration of BAM and ESB toolkit (Preferable)
*Experience in implementing integration solution using MS Azure, PaaS (worker role, web role, and service bus) and BizTalk on IaaS using Azure.
*Experience in MS CRM customization and development using MS CRM 3.0 & MS CRM Online 2011 SDK.
*Experience and knowledge of performance optimisation, both in C# and SQL Server (including caching, query optimisation, robust class design).
*A demonstrable track record in developing and delivering high quality, efficient and optimised business applications or web-based services to tight deadlines
*Experience in using design patterns, Microsoft Enterprise Library, Nunit, Sand Castle, IIS, and TFS, Bugzilla, JIRA or other similar supporting tools and frameworks
*Proficient in object oriented programming, object oriented design, design patterns, refactoring and unit testing knowledge.
