Contract Risk Manager

Our client is a large professional services organisation based in Yorkshire

The successful candidate will provide assistance to ensure the business runs in a fully compliant manner; applying regulatory knowledge to operational situations. This will include identifying, assessing and managing risks whilst maintaining a strong risk and control awareness across teams and ensuring services are delivered to the highest standard. The successful candidate will also be required to form strong relationships across various internal functions and liaise directly with clients on incident and risk reporting.

The ideal candidate will firstly have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Risk Manager and have a good knowledge and understanding of Data Protection and other relevant legislation, procedures and processes surrounding risk. The candidate should also hold proven analytical skills with the ability to problem solve in a creative manner; a customer focus and strong commercial acumen also being essential. Due to the extensive interaction involved in the role the candidate must also possess strong communication skills and the ability to form solid relationships across various functions.
