Due to our continued success as a premiere RPO provider we are growing and need more Recruiters!

Our Recruiters, working virtually from their home office, will be assigned to a project with responsibilities to source and identify candidates to fulfil client requirements (either internal or 
external.)

The projects may vary, based on the client in a variety of industries.   Our Virtual Recruiting Team has an emphasis on communication between team members. There is an "open door" policy and a strong support system comprised of managers, mentors and peers available to assist you with questions or challenges.

As a Virtual Recruiter you'll maintain a proactive and cost-effective approach to finding outstanding candidates that perfectly suit the needs of our clients.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Proactively sourcing candidates utilizing different methods (eg. market mapping, job boards, social networking sites) in order to establish talent pools
- Develop an understanding of sourcing strategies for each role recruited
- Update the recruitment Applicant Tracking System (ATS) so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
- Screen candidate CVs against position criteria, interview candidates on the phone to determine suitability and obtain required information
- Develop an awareness of the client's business and their recruitment needs

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- 3 years of Recruitment experience with a focus in sourcing
- You must have on-site or agency recruitment experience and a track record of coming up with solutions for achieving demanding targets
- Deep knowledge of at least one market sector is essential
- You should have a proven talent for communication and relationship building
- Strong sense of urgency and responsive client-facing skills with proven expertise in various candidate sourcing methodologies (headhunting, social networking, job boards)
- Excellent communication skills, with a good phone manner and ability to build credible relations over the phone
- Previous experience of working within a multinational recruitment or professional services environment would be an advantage
- Due to the complexity of the position superior verbal and written communication skills are required
- Must have a designated home office set up 
- Must be self-motivated and flexible 
- Must possess an extreme sense of urgency 
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills 
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment

This position is project based, you will be an employee of AMS and you must be comfortable working inconsistent or not guaranteed hours.
