Contract Recruiter

Alexander Mann Solutions is currently recruiting for a Contract Recruiter to join our team working onsite with our client to support our technology based solution in Cary, NC.

The Contract Recruiter is aligned to a specific business area/s within the client organization and is responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders; leading and driving the recruitment strategy for that business and full life cycle recruitment. This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual who will be viewed by their hiring community as a trusted advisor, ensuring best practice and an innovative approach to recruiting is adopted.

AS A CONTRACT RECRUITER YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN A NUMBER OF ACTIVITIES:

Proactively source candidates utilizing different methods (eg market mapping, job boards, social networking sites) in order to establish talent pools
Develop an understanding of sourcing strategies for each role recruited
Update the recruitment system (ATS) so that it accurately reflects the status of all selection activity
Screen candidates CVs against position criteria; interview candidates on the phone where required to determine suitability and obtain required information
Develop an awareness of the client's business and the recruitment needs

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Extensive full life cycle recruitment experience focused on IT/Technology vacancies

A track record of success working with high-level clients and candidates

Demonstrated experience of developing and delivering successful end-to-end recruitment campaign strategies to meet client requirements

Proven experience of face-to-face interviewing, including competency based interviewing

Experienced in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
