RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for high volume full life cycle recruiting for assigned clients.
- Sources candidates and develops diverse slates of candidates.
- Interviews candidates to determine knowledge, skills, and abilities compared to job scope and requirements.
- Evaluates candidate fit to company needs and make recommendation to hiring managers based on these interviews.
- Manages candidate experience including positioning the opportunity & company, administers technical exercises, phone screens, coordinates interview schedules, administers pre-employment assessments, summarizes feedback, makes hiring recommendations, and manages the offer process.
- Manages position vacancies using an applicant tracking system (ATS): posting vacancies, searching the database, reviewing resumes, forwarding resumes and maintaining candidate activity.
- Sourcing techniques to minimally include Internet/web searches, professional organizations and personal/functional networks
SKILLS
Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business-related field or Human Resources discipline, wit 3 + years of experience in high volume, full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment. Prefer industry experience. Certified diversity recruiter preferred. Must have strong learning agility: able to quickly grasp basic understanding of business and organizational structure, culture, and climate. Ability to interface with all levels of employees in a sophisticated, professional manner is critical. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
