CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER (NETWORKS) - SC CLEARED/ENTERPRISE/DEFENSE/MOD

PROJECT MANAGER, PRINCE2, PMI, CISCO, WIRELESS, SECURITY, LAN/WAN, INFRASTRUCTURE NETWORKS, ENTERPRISE, SC CLEARED, MOD, EX NAVY, MOD, DEFENSE.

3-6 MONTHS £350-420P/DAY DEPENDANT ON EXP. CAMBERLEY, SURREY BASED, SOME TRAVEL.

We are looking for candidates who have a background in the delivery of large networking infrastructure with experience in one or more of the following industries:- - Nuclear

- Defence
- Aerospace
- Oil &Gas
- Ship building

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- - Leading an installation team in a complex network build zero defects environment.

- Responsible for managing programme/project and financial performance
- Be responsible for risk management of the programme
- Manage Customer/Stakeholder group through reviews and progress meetings.
- Ensure that all areas of governance and reporting requirements are met in addition to the generic Project management processes.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

-Excellent communication skills
-Strong understanding of the principles of project and Programme management controls and techniques, including:

o Planning

o Cost control

o Earned Value Management

o Risk & Opportunity Management

o Change Management

o People Management

- Demonstrable evidence of experience in working on large projects/programmes
- Experience in engineering, construction on Naval Ships or other complex engineering programmes is a plus
