Contract Project Manager - Bids and ITTs for global defence projects

Duration: 2 months initially + extensions
Rate: £400 per day
Location: Fareham, Hampshire. near Southampton & Portsmouth
Start Date: ASAP, ideally 29th July

We are recruiting a Project Manager for an initial 2 month contract with an MoD communications company based in Fareham.

Project Manager
* To write PM elements of a large multimillion pound bid
* Gain rapid understanding of internal PM processes
* Able to communicate our approach within the bid domain
* Working schedules, risk plans, etc.
* Preferable to have 10 years' experience working within the defence project/program management sector
* Proven track record of successful delivery
* Essential bid experience - Shipley Qualification
* PMI or API desirable
* Preferably worked with large defence primes
* Motivated self-starter
* Work on own initiative
* 10million GBP bids
