Equity Trust Company is now hiring a CONTRACT PROJECT MANAGER for a large, multi component WEB DEVELOPMENT PROJECT.

The contract assignment will run approximately 6 months (September 2012 - February 2013), and will be reevaluated based on the project progress.

The incumbent will be based out of our Berea, Ohio Office and report to the Vice President of Marketing.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform as the sole and primary Project Manager for the company's website development initiative. 
- The website initiative includes:
- Development of Client Portal, which includes, but is not limited to the following components:
- Online Client Community (Social Networking)
- An extensive educational portal
- Online Account Management Tool
- Development of a prospect website for our Retail Brand
- Development of a prospect oriented website for our Institutional Brand
- Manage and Lead the web development project using an Agile Project Management Methodology.
- Be main point of contact with external web development firm
- Be main point of contact for all internal parties working on the web development project
- Schedule all meetings related to project
- Create, update, and maintain detailed project plans and schedules with estimated delivery dates and frequent milestones.
- Maintains formal project documentation including status, updates, scope changes, etc.
- Provide a weekly update to the Executive Team on the status of the web development project
- Work with project team members and web development firm to ensure milestones are met.  Routinely meet with to ensure tasks are properly identified and progress is being made.
- Draw attention to any components of the project that are at risk of being delivered late, and take the ownership of getting the late deliverable resolved
- Make alternate arrangements when projects fall behind in order to meet project deadlines
- Communicate to the executive and project team members any project risks or late deliverables
- Keep the project within budget
- Identify and Coordinate external vendors, as needed.  (Ie. Video, Copywriter, etc)
- Creating post-mortems upon project completion and present to the Executive Team

SKILL/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

- Must have BA degree
- Must have 5+ years of project management experience
- Must practice Agile Project Management Methodology
- Must have web development knowledge and experience
- Must have a high and enthusiastic energy level
- Must be an assertive project manager
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be flexible
- Must have great communication skills - oral and written
