Contract Performance Manager

A leading multinational Utility company seek an experienced Contract Performance Manager for an initial 6 month contract based in Warwick.

We are looking for someone who has;

Key skills required:

Team Management, coaching and developing staff

Performance Management - determining and measuring KPI's

Ability to produce work of a high standard to tight deadlines

Extensive commercial and contract strategy experience.

Commercial acumen, including procurement and supply chain processes in a contractor/partner environment.

Strong negotiating and influencing skills

Effective communication skills including the ability to make persuasive presentations to small or large audiences.

Able to demonstrate initiative, sound judgement and problem solving

Track record of developing working relationships quickly and effectively both internally and externally

Influence and build relationships quickly

Ability to bring creative and innovative approaches to the business
