CONTRACT Oracle Database Developer CONTRACT Lead Developer If you are an Oracle Database Developer and you are interested in a six-month CONTRACT, please read on!

This is a CONTRACT role for a federal entity. A US Citizenship is necessary to apply. Any type of federal security clearance will only serve to promote a higher visibility in the process.

What you'll be doing on this contract:

- Maintain Oracle database for storing data from other designated systems and sources.
- Perform Oracle database design, tuning and optimization as well as database security (create and maintain users and roles, assign privileges).
- Monitor and tune memory usage for Oracle databases.
- Perform software security patches and upgrades as required.
- Ensure that databases in the development, test, and production environments are fully backed-up and recoverable in accordance with disaster recovery guidelines.
- Create/maintain logical and physical models to produce documentation (specifically a Data Management Plan)

Top Secret Clearance preferred, but not necessary. If not currently with Clearance, company will put you through EOD process.
