Purpose of the role

The Yorkshire Building Society Group is continuing on an exciting IT transformational journey utilising Oracle's Fusion software portfolio of products. These include the Data Integrator and Business Intelligence toolsets.

As an experienced Administrator with Fusion Middleware products and specifically in the ODI and OBIEE space, you will ensure all of the operational aspects of the Fusion product set and Oracle Middleware infrastructure are implemented in a timely fashion, and have a known and documented support model.

This position will have specific responsibilities for the installation, configuration and support of ODI and OBIEE and the Middleware infrastructure on which they are deployed.

Skills required
Proven experience in administrating Weblogic
Proven experience in installing, configuring, administrating OBIEE
Proven experience in installing, configuring, administrating the Middleware required around ODI
Experience of clustering Middleware for OBIEE/ODI
Knowledge as aspects required to facilitate High Availability environments for Fusion Middleware applications
Knowledge of ODI Agent
Knowledge of BI Admin tool and administrating an OBIEE repository
Knowledge of security configurations and role mappings
Understanding of Linux environments and good Shell Scripting knowledge
Knowledge of monitoring techniques for Fusion Middleware applications
Knowledge of tuning Fusion Middleware applications
